Information for foreign students
If you arrive in Russia after getting a new visa from 25/05/2018 to 25/07/2018 you are required to be registered during 3 days. You must come to the Institute room 806 to provide your passport and migration card for registration.
Follow the instruction:
You arrive/ You do :
Monday-Friday morning /Come to the Institute the same day
Monday-Thursday evening/ Come to the Institute the next morning
Friday evening or Saturday/ Call 89291043080 and inform about your arrival

Sunday/ Come to the Institute Monday morning
If you are not registered during the required period you will be deported from the country.
